This Good Gut Granola is designed to nourish your microbiome no matter if you are trying to conceive, pregnant, early postpartum or deep in motherhood.
Packed with PHGG, slippery elm, seeds and fibre-rich oats, it helps:
– feed beneficial gut bacteria
– soothe and support the gut lining
– regulate digestion after birth or antibiotics
– stabilise blood glucose for steadier energy and mood

  • 80 g ghee, melted

  • 1/3 cup chia seeds

  • 1/3 cup sunflower seeds

  • 1/3 cup pepitas

  • 1/3 cup flax seeds

  • 1/3 cup slippery elm powder

  • 1/3 cup PHGG

  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 100 g dark chocolate, finely chopped
