1/3 cup chia seeds
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
1/3 cup pepitas
1/3 cup flax seeds
1/3 cup slippery elm powder
1/3 cup PHGG
2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
100 g dark chocolate, finely chopped
