Our store is hosted on both Shopify Inc. and Wix Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. • any communications we have.

As part of our cart abandonment recovery efforts, we may use SMS notifications to send you personalised reminders or offers if you've left items in your cart without completing the purchase. Security

All personal information stored on our website platform is treated as confidential. It is stored securely and is accessed by authorised personnel only. Payment

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then this gateway stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

“Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

“Web beacons”, “tags”, and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.
